Performs all the technical work activities of the Hospital Imaging Department to include Nuclear Medicine or Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The Imaging Technologist III is responsible for the coordination and performance of all procedures requested by the physicians.
Required Education and Experience:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required
ARRT (N) or CNMT required for Nuclear Med Techs
Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
Current BLS Healthcare Provider required, with willingness to obtain ACLS
Minimum of 1 year experience as Radiologic Technologist, preferable in all phases of diagnostic imaging
Technologists certified in mammography must meet all required FDA Mammography Quality Standards Act and State stipulations to perform mammography at this facility
Technologists performing unsupervised and on-call CT coverage must be familiar with 3 dimensional anatomy and have hands-on experience with CT scanner. CT certification by ARRT is preferred
