Pathology Lab Assistant III Full Time Days Position Summary Laboratory Assistant will support the Histology and Pathology deparments. Lab Assitant performs blood specimen collection, specimen receipt and distribution of laboratory specimens; will perform CLIA waived laboratory tests, as requested. Will process anatomic pathology and cytology specimens; assists pathologists and histotechs, as needed. Will supervise or lead lab assistant I and II positions, as requested. Completes prioritization, receipt, registration and distribution of specimens. Has responsibility for sendout/reference lab shipping, tracking and billing. Will perform waived testing, as requested. Will assi
