Histology Lab Manager           At Rapid City Medical Center Dermatology, we are seeking a Histology Lab Manager to join our team. This position is a Bench Support Position with management oversight of laboratory staff.   Essential functions of the job include:  Direct daily supervision of the activities of lab staff Technical troubleshooting of equipment. Embedding, microtomy, gross tissue dissection, processing and staining. Routine and special staining. Function as a liaison between histology lab and staff members. Promote efficient workflow. Fast turnaround times and improvements in the overall quality assurance throughout the histology lab. Monitor and update as needed
